Description

The primary purpose of Amendment 01 to BAA 08-15 is to revise the Phase 2 prototype proposer and/or end-user development cost share requirement from a "mandatory" 50% to requiring only that "some" such cost share be made. Additionally, the BAA is revised to reflect that the amount of the proposed cost share will be taken into consideration as part of the Government's evaluation (See evaluation factor f "Plans and Capability to Accomplish Technology Transition"). Finally, Section III "Eligibility Information," is revised to reflect a new paragraph one (1) under "Procurement Integrity, Standards of Conduct, Ethical Considerations, and Organizational Conflicts of Interest." Due dates for abstract and proposal submissions have not changed as a result of this amendment. A revised/conformed BAA 08-15, dated 15 February 2008, is provided as an attachment to this amendment.
