Directions on how to submit an electronic FOIA request are available at http://www.dod.mil/pubs/foi/submitregrequ.html , along with additional information on the Office of Freedom of Information’s FOIA program.

Written requests should be sent to: Office of Freedom of Information, 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, D.C., 20301-1155. Their phone number is (703) 696-4689.
