Insight Racing is a North Carolina based Robotic Vehicle
Racing Team sponsored by NC State University and North
Carolina businesses to compete in the DARPA Grand
Challenge events. Insight Racing was started by a group
of engineers and NC State University college students
who met while building High School robots. Today, the
team has over 150 years of technology research and
development experience. This strong foundation has
enabled rapid deployment of complex robotic solutions.
Insight Racing was a finalist in the 2005 DARPA Grand
Challenge and was also invited to participate in Grand
Challenge 1.
