Mr. Busigo led the development of a set of web-based decision support tools that simplify, streamline, and significantly improve the business processes DARPA uses for proposal evaluations. His innovative decision tools enable contractors to register interest in a DARPA acquisition announcement, electronically submit abstracts and proposals, and gain immediate information on the status of their proposals. Using the new tools, DARPA’s program managers accurately track proposal evaluation progress and electronically document the results in a new format that makes it much easier to provide feedback to the contractors.

Mr. Busigo’s initiative and drive help DARPA remain a leader among Government organizations in the use of advanced information processing techniques that make the acquisition process much more effective and efficient.
