Outstanding Support Personnel to a DARPA Program Manager

As the DARPA Urban Challenge Contracts Officer, Mr. Mutty provided outstanding support in the successful design, implementation, and oversight of Urban Challenge activities. In true DARPA tradition, he overcame bureaucratic hurdles by creating innovative business processes that ensured all logistical, technical, and event planning support needed by the Urban Challenge Program Manager were in place and operational ahead of schedule. Mr. Mutty’s tireless dedication to program success resulted in the development and demonstration of autonomous ground vehicle technology that can someday save lives on the battlefield.
