Fast Connectivity for Coalition Agents Program (Fast C2AP)

Mission:
The Fast C2AP program is enabling users to identify and act upon operational information and ensure that user-created applications are readily available to and useable by other users as they become available. Fast C2AP demonstrates the application of agent-based technologies to operational information management requirements in support of Maritime Domain Awareness and was designed to be used by the watch floor operators. In May 2006, ADM Ulrich (Commander, Navy Europe) recommended that Fast C2AP be inserted into a Navy Program of Record. In FY2007, DARPA is working with the Navy’s Program Element Office for C4I & Space to transition Fast C2AP. As part of the transition effort, DARPA will install Fast C2AP at the Second Fleet’s new Maritime Headquarters with Maritime Operations Center.
