Proposer's Day
A Proposer's Day will be held on June 19th, 2008 at the Sainte Claire Hotel in San Jose, CA from 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss BAA 08-40 and answer any questions potential proposers may have. There will also be a presentation regarding contracting options for non-traditional DoD contractors. Following the presentations, there will be a mixer with refreshments and light hors d'oeurves.

Attendance will be limited to 2 people per organization, and capped at the first 100 people who respond. If you are a non traditional DoD contractor, you are strongly recommended to bring a contracting officer from your organization. As a non traditional DoD contractor, you will be allotted an extra spot for your contracting officer (for a total of 3 spots). Traditional DoD contractors will be allowed to bring contracting officers on a space available basis.
Questions and answers from the Proposer's Day will be posted on the "Questions and Answers" document, which will be available through the MTO solicitations page. If you have questions you would like answered and cannot attend the Proposer's Day, please submit your questions to BAA08-40@darpa.mil by August 12th, 2008 in order to allow the Government adequate time to provide a response prior to the proposal due date.
