Amendment 0001 to DARPA-SN-08-49 Panoptic Analysis of Chemical Traces Proposer’s Day Workshop

The purpose of the amendment is to change the location of the Proposers’ Day and due to security protocols, move up the deadline for Foreign National visit requests (but not the registration deadline or Citizenship form; and make other administrative changes as follows:

1. Synopsis, first paragraph. Change from: “DARPA will host a Proposers’ Day Workshop in support of the anticipated Panoptic Analysis of Chemical Traces (PACT) BAA on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Booz Allen Hamilton, 3811 N. Fairfax Drive, 6th Floor, Arlington, VA 22203-1701 from 10 AM to 4 PM.” Change to: “DARPA will host a Proposers’ Day Workshop in support of the anticipated Panoptic Analysis of Chemical Traces (PACT) BAA on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Analytic Services, Inc., 2900 South Quincy Suite, Suite 800, Arlington, VA 22206 from 10 AM to 4 PM.”

2. Synopsis, second paragraph: Change from “DARPA-BAA-08-62 is pending release. When released, the BAA will be found on the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov.” Change to: “DARPA-BAA-08-62 can be found on the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov.”

3. Fourth paragraph: Change from: “Attendance will be limited to the first 60 registrants, with no more than 2 representatives per organization due to space limitations in the conference facility.” Change to: “Attendance will be limited to the first 115 registrants, with no more than 2 representatives per organization due to space limitations in the conference facility.”

4. Also fourth paragraph: Change from: “The completed Citizenship Form or DARPA Form 60 must be faxed to: Ms. Beverly Sobel, Schafer Corp., fax 703-807-4986 (phone 703-248-1528) no later than August 29, 2008.” Change to: “The completed Citizenship Form must be faxed to: Ms. Beverly Sobel, Schafer Corp., fax 703-807-4986 (phone 703-248-1528) no later than August 29, 2008. The completed DARPA Form 60 must be faxed to the same number no later than August 27, 2008.”
