Mr. Alexander Pilipowskyj

Program Manager

Mr. Alex Pilipowskyj arrived at DARPA in November 2008 as a program manager for the Strategic Technology Office. Mr. Pilipowskyj came to DARPA from the National Reconnaissance Office, where he worked to develop advanced technologies to support national space systems. His prior assignments as an Air Force Officer included the Air Force Research Lab, where he managed the development of information warfare and directed energy weapons technologies.

Mr. Pilipowskyj received a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1985, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton in 1989.
