Description

The purpose of Amendment 2 to DARPA-BAA-08-58 Coal To Liquids (CTL) is to increase funding, provide a proposal due date for the second round of full proposals and extend the BAA closing date as follows:

1. 1. Page 4, entitled, Part One: Overview Information, second bullet under "Dates" is changed to read as follows: "The Second Round of Full Proposals are DUE by 4:00 p.m., ET, June 2, 2009"
2. Page 4, entitled, Part One: Overview Information, third bullet under "Dates" is changed to read as follows: "BAA closing date is January 08, 2010"
3. Page 4, entitled, Part One: Overview Information, entitled, Description of the funding opportunity, the last sentence is changed to read as follows: "The combined maximum amount of all awards will not exceed $8,360,000."
4. Page 8, entitled, AWARD INFORMATION, second sentence is changed to read as follows: "The combined maximum amount of all awards will not exceed $8360K."
5. Page 19, entitled, FUNDING RESTRICTIONS, second sentence is changed to read as follows: "The combined maximum amount of all awards will not exceed $8,360,000."
6. Page 11, Section 4.2.1, entitled Abstract and Proposal Information, third paragraph, second to the last sentence is changed to read as follows: "DARPA may evaluate proposals received through January 08, 2010."
7. Page 19, Section 4.4.2, entitled Proposal Date, first sentence is changed to read as follows: "The proposal (one electronic copy) must be submitted to http://www.tfims.darpa.mil/baa on or before 4:00 p.m., local time, June 2, 2009 in order to be considered during the second round of selections; however, proposals received after this deadline may be received and evaluated through January 08, 2010."
