Description

The purpose of Amendment 3 to DARPA-BAA-08-58 Coal To Liquids (CTL) is to provide a deadline for QUESTIONS concerning the second round of Full Proposals as stated in Amendment 2. Amendment 2 to the BAA increased funding, provided a proposal due date for the second round of Full Proposals and extended the BAA closing date. Email questions concerning the BAA and/or amendments to BAA08-58@DARPA.mil no later than 15 April 2009. Attached is a continuation of Questions & Answers concerning the solicitation beginning with Q&A 14.
