Description
Modification 3 to BAA 07-12, Location and Connection Aware Content Pushing (LOCO) is being published to clarify Modification 2. The purpose of Modification 2 was to unarchive the BAA, which inadvertently listed the date of first selections as the Response date (12 Apr 07), rather than the overall end date of the BAA (16 Jan 08). Proposals received by the first response date are still under evaluation, the BAA itself remains open as described in the PIP for one year from initial posting. There are no other changes to the PIP or BAA.
