Amendment 04

The purpose of Amendment 4 to DARPA-BAA-10-25, Tactical Relay Information Network (TRITON), is to issue new requirements and make some administrative changes. This change is due to a change in the fleet exercise/demonstration strategy and due to schedule uncertainty associated with the TEMPALT approval. The new demonstration strategy changes the location from Hawaii to the Southern California (SOCAL) operating area, significantly reducing the ASW exercise area and changing the environmental conditions (e.g., JERLOV IB to JERLOV II). The entire BAA has been restated and is attached. The attached BAA incorporates Amendments 1, 2 and 3 and includes strike throughs for deletions and bold for additions as a result of Amendment 4.
