Draft Solicitation Questions/Comments:

Questions and comments are invited from potential offerors on all aspects of the draft solicitation, including performance goals, program plan, objectives, proposal instructions, and acquisition approach. Questions/comments should be submitted to: James B. Troutman, Contracting Officer, james.troutman@darpa.mil with a copy to Sue Morris, Program Support, sue.morris.ctr@darpa.mil . All questions and comments should be submitted no later than June 30, 2003 for consideration. Responses to written questions and questions received at Industry will be provided to everyone during Industry Day.

Industry Day:

Industry Day is intended to convey an overview of the program and solicitation to potential Offerors. Attendance at Industry Day will be limited to five (5) representatives per company. The meeting will be unclassified. Access to the meeting is limited to U.S. citizens, individuals with a green card or resident aliens. The meeting is not open to media coverage. Prior registration for Industry Day is required for all attendees and must be completed by July 1, 2003. A fee of fifteen dollars per person is required and will include continental breakfast. Details for Industry Day including directions, procedures for registration, and scheduling one-on-one meetings with the Government are as follows:

Directions and Parking: Please see the Hilton website, www.ArlingtonVA.hilton.com. In addition, the Ballston metro stop (orange line) is located at the Hilton.

Registration: All attendees must register by July 1, 2003 by completing and emailing or faxing registration forms to Jacques Pinnix, email - pinnixj@centrava.com, fax – (703) 527-0823. All individuals with a green card or resident aliens must also complete DARPA Form 60 and return with their registration form. Check-in will commence at 7:30 AM at the Hilton on Industry Day. Attendees will be required to sign-in and will receive a badge during check-in. Registrants should also submit Industry Day fee during check-in.

One-on-One Meetings: All Offerors interested in conducting one-on-one meetings with the Government following Industry Day should contact Jacques Pinnix, pinnixj@centrava.com, by July 1, 2003 to schedule a one-on-one meeting. These meetings are intended to allow Offerors to discuss and make inquiries with respect to program strategy. One-on-one meetings will be conducted in a closed forum and will be limited to twenty minutes each.
