FALCON PROGRAM PHASE I ACQUISITION RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

All persons participating in the development of acquisition planning or having source selection/process information regarding the FALCON program have or will execute a Non-Disclosure Statement which prohibits their release of any proprietary, competition sensitive or source selection information to any unauthorized persons nor to discuss such information with any persons not authorized by the FALCON Program Manager. Accordingly, persons associated with the FALCON program shall not discuss acquisition or source selection related information regarding the FALCON program with any potential FALCON vendor. All questions regarding this subject shall be addressed in writing to the Contracting Officer, James B. Troutman at email james.troutman@darpa.mil.

Questions regarding Industry Day briefings and the draft solicitation will be accepted through Thursday, July 17. 2003. Upon release of the final BAA written questions regarding the BAA will be accepted up until one (1) week prior to the due date for receipt of proposals. Responses to questions will be posted on the DARPA TTO web site. Once the final BAA is released all communication regarding the project shall be through the Contracting Officer.
