Description

The purpose of the modification is to revise the key dates and full proposal due date stated in the Proposer Information Pamphlet for BAA 03-24. BAA 03-24 is also revised accordingly. The key dates are revised as follows: September 30, 2003 - White Paper due to DARPA by 4:00PM Local Time; January 9, 2004 - Full Proposals for first round due to DARPA by 4:00PM Local Time; January 16, 2004 - Proposers notified of proposal receipt; March 15, 2004 - Proposers notified of selection regarding the proposals; and April 30, 2004 - Contract Award. In addition, this modification clarifies that the maximum number of pages for "Section I ? Technical Proposal," as stated in Section III of the Proposer Information Pamphlet, should be limited to twenty five (25).
