Description

The purpose of the modification is to revise the key dates for the notification of proposal selection and the contract award stated in the Proposer Information Pamphlet. Therefore, the key date for "Proposers notified of selection regarding the proposals" is changed from March 15, 2004 to April 15, 2004; and the key date for "Contract Award" is changed from April 30, 2004 to May 28, 2004.
