Description

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has issued the attached Request for Proposals under the Organic Air Vehicle II program. The objective of the DARPA OAV-II program is to develop and demonstrate a class II prototype unmanned aerial vehicle. This prototype vehicle is meant to demonstrate a RSTA (reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition) capability for small units within the FCS unit of action. All qualified and capable sources, consistent with the terms and conditions of the RFP, are encouraged to respond.
