MODIFICATION TO THE WALRUS ANNOUNCEMENT

The purpose of this modification is to amend Paragraph 2 by (1) deleting - Access to the meeting is limited to U.S. citizens, individuals with a green card or resident aliens -; and (2) by adding - Foreign nationals must complete and submit a DARPA Form 60 -. See Attachment Form 60.
